Coriander
Coriander, also known as "Arabic parsley" or "Chinese parsley", is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the Apiaceae family. It is distinguished by its fragrant green leaves and small seeds with a strong and characteristic odor. Coriander leaves and seeds are widely used in cooking, especially in Middle Eastern, Indian and Asian cuisine.
